A: No. we can meet your needs according to your acquirement. That is to say, we accept customized.

4: Do you inspect the product?

A: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.

5: What about the after-sales service?

A: We have years of guaranteed life, if our products have any problems, you can ask the feedback of our product termly, we will fix it for you.

6: Is there any warranty on the quality of your products ?

A: Please don't worry about that, we have 20 years of experience in producing PE products, our products widely used in Europe, the America and other countries.

7: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment term is flexible.we accept T/T,L/C,Paypal and the other terms.Open to discuss.

8: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

9: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
