1. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
Our pads are crafted from High-Density Polyethylene. This material is flexible but strong and will not crack even under immense pressure. It has a crush rating of 240PSI! HDPE grounding mats’ diamond design and material also provide a lot of traction. This means that your equipment will not slip and slide on top of these ground mats, no matter the weather!
2. 60 Ton Working Load Limit
With a 60 Ton (120 ,000LB) working load limit, ground protection mats can handle even the heaviest machinery and vehicles. From dump trucks to cranes and lifts, these protection mats are durable and built to withstand the weight of vehicles and machinery one would find on a construction site or standard roadways for days, weeks, or months at a time! Just be sure to never exceed their working load limits, and these grounding mats will help you get the job done for a long, long time!
3. Large Surface Area
Each pad is 4 feet wide and 8 feet long, providing a large surface area for you to drive on. They are also 0.5” thick! These ground mats for heavy equipment are also flexible, allowing you to put down a temporary roadway or make stable terrain no matter how awkward, tight, or harsh a surface may be.
4. Connectability
Our pads can be easily connected together to create a larger work surface. If you find yourself needing a larger roadway for a specific vehicle or heavy-duty machinery, you can easily adjust these heavy equipment mats and connect them to increase your working area! This is especially helpful if you need a temporary parking lot on or near your worksite.
5. Tread
Each ground protection pad features a diamond tread on the top and a smooth surface on the bottom. This design coupled with the HDPE material makes these ground mats perfect for adding traction where you need it! Don’t let wet weather or mud stop your projects - these ground mats will remain sturdy and stable no matter what weather the forecast predicts your worksite will face. This will keep your heavy-duty equipment safe from the risk of sinking, jamming, and overall keep them clean! They will also keep your crew safe from slips or falls. Additionally, you can use these protection mats to get heavy equipment or machinery up sharp slopes easier, adding traction where and when you need it most!
